Today it was announced that Chrome v68, planned to be released in July 2018, will mark all websites as insecure unless served over HTTPS. Currently, only websites with some forms are marked as unsecure if served over HTTPS.
SSL should really be called TLS now, but what matters is getting your site connecting over HTTPS. (3 posts)
If you've recently added an SSL certificate to enable HTTPS access to your website, chances are that you will need to redirect anyone visiting the HTTP URL to the new HTTPS URL.
